Wash Bay Attendant

Our goal at Rocky's Harley-Davidson® is to ensure that our customers experience total satisfaction with our products and services. We will “Deliver the Harley-Davidson® Dream” through enhanced customer service. This can only be accomplished day after day with teamwork, product knowledge, and a positive, supportive attitude towards our customers and ourselves.

The Oil Change/Wash Bay Attendant provides assistance to all employees of the Service Department as needed. - Training Provided -


  • Help Service Department employees to run an efficient and customer-oriented department
  • Wash Motorcycles as necessary. Ensure they are cleaner than when the customer dropped them off
  • Assist Technicians with keeping the Service Department clean and organized
  • Maintain and periodically check the inventory of charged motorcycle batteries
  • Re-fill stock of oil, electrolyte material, or other supplies, as needed
  • Clean and maintain the appearance of general facilities
  • Read, understand and follow all safety requirements when using tools and chemicals and performing work in the shop, including proper use of safety equipment

Physical Demands

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
  • Requires the use of both hands
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift 40 lb. of material
  • Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push an 800+ lb. motorcycle
